Debra has more than 18 years experience across all facets of HR, and is currently tasked with enhancing the company’s service model. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources—the highest level of accreditation achievable in the industry—and has been quoted in news outlets such as the Associated Press and the Dallas Morning News. In addition, she has spoken at many association events and conferences on topics such as human capital strategy and planning, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation planning, training and organizational development. Debra has been a part of TriNet’s Human Capital Consulting group for the past four years, where she directed client service delivery across a wide range of industries, including banking, professional services and non-profit. A native of San Antonio, Debra earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Dallas.

Gauthier VasseurGauthier Vasseur
Vice President, Business Intelligence & Performance Management

Gauthier leads the strategy and the design of BI and PM systems to drive the implementation of sustainable and innovative solutions that supports the company’s growth. With more than 11 years experience at high-tech leaders such as Google and Oracle, Gauthier’s data management improvements have reduced TriNet’s process time by 93 percent, on average, and have moved the company away from spreadsheet-based systems. He also created the first central analytics solution for TriNet on Hyperion Essbase. A native of France, Gauthier is a visiting MBA professor at Stanford’s business school, among others, teaching EPM curriculum for undergraduate and graduate programs. A frequent speaker at CFO and CIO events, he has been published in journals and magazines all over the world. Gauthier holds dual MBA degrees from EDHEC (AACSB) Business School at Lille and Nantes University.

Todd CohnTodd Cohn
Director of Regulatory Affairs

Todd is TriNet’s director of regulatory affairs, as well as the principal overseeing state regulatory compliance, legislative and regulatory outreach, and industry participation through our national trade association, NAPEO. Prior to joining TriNet in 2010, Todd began working in outsourced human resources policy in 2005 as the director of state government affairs for NAPEO. There, he helped to build credibility within the industry as a trusted advisor and skilled government affairs professional on behalf of the industry in more than two dozen states. Todd is the author of several articles and numerous blog posts on outsourced HR policy issues. He currently serves as a board member of NAPEO’s Political Action Committee and an executive committee member of the Florida Association of Professional Employer Organizations (FAPEO). Todd received his bachelor’s degree from Tulane University and his master’s of political management from the George Washington University.

Doug Riegelhuth
Corporate Counsel

Doug wears many hats as a TriNet attorney. He is involved in a wide range of matters, including compliance, training, advice and counsel regarding all manner of employment law issues, litigation, and transactional work. Before joining TriNet in 2011, Doug was a partner at the law firm Fitzgerald Abbott & Beardsley. Earlier, he was of counsel at the international law firm Reed Smith. His work at TriNet is informed by his almost-20 years of experience as an attorney representing businesses and other organizations in a wide variety of matters, ranging from compliance with the ever-changing employment laws to class action litigation. Doug has been quoted in news outlets such as California Executive and the San Francisco Business Times, and has spoken at many events and conferences on employment law issues, including leaves of absence, wage-and-hour standards, e-discovery, and litigation practice and developments. He graduated from the UCLA School of Law.
