By actually writing down your goals, you are more apt to follow through in meeting the goals and objectives you mark down.  Success psychologists say that 95% – 97% of the people in the world do NOT have written goals and fail, while 3-5% have written goals and succeed.  Specific questions could include: What can be done differently? How can we implement these changes in the New Year? What has been beneficial in helping us to meet our objectives? What undermined our ability to meet our goals?
