Most children are taught while growing up to follow the Golden Rule – “Do unto others as you have them do unto you.”  This philosophy of treating people the way you would like to be treated is very appropriate into adulthood and especially in human resources.  If an employer treats employees with respect, providing feedback when they are or are not  performing their jobs correctly this will pay off ten-fold for the company.  Employees who feel they are treated fairly, honestly and ethically will often give that same treatment back to their employer and ultimately building this into the corporate culture will reap a return on the investment which ties to financial success.
